Changing your mind
You may tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Email support@oryvanne.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. You may use any clear statement of cancellation; a form is not required.
We will give you the correct return address and instructions. Please do not send goods to our registered office. Unless we agree otherwise, you pay the direct cost of return shipping when you change your mind. Keep proof of postage. You may inspect and try on goods as you would in a shop; we may make a lawful deduction for handling beyond that needed to establish their nature, characteristics and function.
Refund timing
We refund eligible payments, including the cost of standard outbound delivery where required by law, to the original payment method. We may wait until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back. We then process the refund within 14 days. Any additional cost of a premium delivery option is not refunded beyond the standard delivery cost.
Faulty or incorrect goods
If an item is faulty, not as described or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos if helpful. Your statutory rights remain in place. We will provide appropriate return instructions and cover reasonable return costs where the law requires.
