Where we deliver
Delivery destinations and methods will be confirmed before online orders are accepted. The address selector currently shows the United Kingdom and United States; a selected country alone does not mean that delivery is available.
Shipping cost and delivery estimate
Delivery charges, dispatch location and an estimated delivery window must be confirmed before payment is enabled. At present, online ordering is unavailable. Please contact support@oryvanne.shop if you have a delivery question.
Import taxes and customs
For cross-border deliveries, import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling fees may apply. We will identify what checkout includes and what may be payable on import before accepting an order.
Delays or missing parcels
Once orders are enabled, contact our support team with your order number if delivery is delayed or a parcel is missing. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
